You will help Lead and manage a team of door-to-door appointment setters.
Track and report appointments, conversions and other crucial info related to yourself and your team.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives to grow the team.
Continue to push to hit your own sales targets through canvassing, social media, referrals and other means.
