Responsibilities
Meet with qualified leads generated from marketing, referrals and your outreach program
Conduct on-site assessments and develop accurate project proposals
Present customized remodel and construction plans to homeowners and property managers
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with the design and production teams for smooth project handoff

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in pool remodel, new pool, or construction sales (required)
Strong knowledge of pool structure, materials, finishes, and equipment
Proven ability to close high-value projects ($30K–$200K+)
Excellent communication, follow-up, and organization skills
Professional presentation and clean driving record, must be able to pass background check
