Chief Architect – Design for remodeling
Once we win the new remodel project then we need help with:
Project support. Set up the job reporting and scheduling.
Follow up on Leads. We do 5 home shows during the year and other marketing
Help with Marketing. Social media and other marketing.
Working with the sales and designer to purchase the special items: Plumbing, lighting, tile, and more.
Work with the homeowner as the project manager. You will be the direct contact with the management of the company.
Maintain a working – wonderful relationship with the homeowner. You will be the go-to person for their project remodeling needs once the project is sold.
Visit the project. Touch and feel every project as needed.
Once material is ordered, help with procurement. Example: go to pick up material that we need on the project.
Work with Vendors.
Order special material.
Get involved in BBB, Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce groups, and other Networking events.
