High Chaparral RV & MHC – Casa Grande, AZ
We’re a welcoming RV & Manufactured Home community looking for an upbeat, dependable instructor to lead three popular programs for our residents and snowbirds:
Pickleball: skills/drills, beginner clinics, and open-play coaching
Yoga: gentle / chair-friendly classes focused on mobility and balance
Water Aerobics: low-impact cardio and strength in the pool
What you’ll do
Plan and lead safe, engaging classes for a wide range of ages and abilities
Coordinate a weekly schedule with our Activities team
Encourage newcomers, manage sign-ins, and help set a fun, inclusive tone
Keep safety first and ensure equipment/areas are set up and put away
What you bring
Experience teaching at least two of the three (pickleball, yoga, water aerobics)
Friendly, patient coaching style—comfortable working with active adults
Reliability and great communication
Nice to have: CPR/AED; yoga or group-fitness certification (e.g., RYT-200, AFAA/ACE); pickleball coaching/league experience
Hours & pay
Seasonal with flexible mornings preferred (build to 6–10 hrs/week as demand grows)
Contract position; competitive per-class/clinic rate (DOE)
