We are a well-established, reputable IT provider specific to the healthcare industry with locations and clients across the country. We are currently seeking to add an experienced IT technician to our outstanding team of professionals in the Phoenix, Arizona area. The position that we are hiring for is a hybrid position that will include both work as a field technician and remote telephone support. This position will begin and end each day from the technicians home so you must have a quiet place to work on the days you are working with our remote support team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide both remote and onsite technical support to the dental industry.
· Hardware/software installations at various dental practices as needed including network
cabling.
· Ensure periodic backups and remote monitoring of client computers.
· Respond to client help desk tickets in a prompt and timely manner.
· Follow up with dental offices to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proficiency with Windows-based servers, systems, and software, including Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022 and Windows 10\11.
· Ability to set up and troubleshoot remote connectivity, including routers, switches, and Wifi.
· Experience with network cabling and proficiency with all areas of networking and domain
administration.
· Understanding of virtual machines.
· Excellent customer service, reporting, follow through, and time management skills.
· Physical ability to lift and install computers, monitors, wall- and ceiling-mounted monitor arms, printers, and scanners.
· Commute/travel to dental practice locations throughout the Phoenix area.
· Some out of area/state travel may be required but very minimal in this position.
A company vehicle will be provided for onsite technical support. Cell phone, laptop, tools, and expense account provided.
