Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a Service Technician position with a Heavy Equipment and Machinery company located in Phoenix, AZ.
Pay: $20–$40/hour (Based on Experience)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Shop & Field Work with In-State Travel)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on automotive and diesel equipment.
Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Support field service calls for equipment maintenance and minor repairs.
Perform shop duties including parts replacement, equipment setup, and inspections.
Accurately complete service documentation and maintenance records.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
Work collaboratively with mechanics and service managers to resolve equipment issues.
Qualifications:
1–3+ years of experience as a Service Technician, Maintenance Technician, or similar role.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems; diesel or heavy equipment experience preferred.
Ability to work both in the shop and in the field as needed.
Experience with hydraulics or welding is a plus but not required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Willingness to travel within Arizona for field service support.
