A Savings Air, LLC is a well established HVAC company looking for a full-time installer (retro-fit/ some new) This position is for year round work. Projects are throughout most of the east valley.
Requirements for this position:
Must have pride in your work!
Must have a clean driving record
Must have all necessary hand tools
Must have 3 years minimum experience with residential HVAC systems
Must be well groomed and have neat appearance with good communication skills
Company vehicle provided with phone, etc(Valid Arizona driver's license with a good driving record, no recent DWI's).
All installs are team based (2 + people).
Salary will depend on experience & work being completed anywhere from $25-$45/HR. Paid weekly (by the hour with overtime over 40 @ 1.5x may consider paying piece work.)
This position is not commissioned, so it keeps things fair for customers and employees.
Heath Insurance is offered, vacation time, sick days, etc after 90day probationary period as well as an increase in pay if work performance is verified.
Quarterly Performance bonuses given as well(HARD WORK AND HAPPY CUSTOMERS= EXTRANot bonused by selling customers parts not needed, as many companies in the valley do. no issue sleeping while working with us)!
