Need good tile sub-contractor. Must have photos of your work. Be able to legally fill out a W9, must have the capability to pick up material from a multitude of suppliers. Must be able to do flooring, showers and backsplashes with attention to detail and a quality mindset. Please apply with pictures, crew size, availability. Must be absolutely reliable. Must be a self starter.
Essentially I need a turn key guy that myself as a GC can simply sell jobs and assign it to them as I do wood flooring, not tile. I need to be able to make money on top of your prices so you will need to remain flexible, I can usually keep a good guy busy. Needs to be a West side sub-contractor. I cover material, labor is on a net-14.
Not looking for crews just one or two guys that can handle the above efficiently and reliably.
