Handle YouTube strategy, structure, and packaging
Create engaging thumbnails that stand out
Build a cohesive look, voice, and identity for the channel
Study what works, pitch creative ideas weekly, and push for growth
REQUIRED SKILLS
You MUST have experience with:
Premiere or DaVinci Resolve
Motion graphics & storytelling
Thumbnail design + title understanding
Knowledge of top creators in the entrepreneurship / self-development niche
Experience level doesn’t matter — your hunger does.
