Well established, busy automotive repair shop in Prescott Valley AZ is looking to add a Lead Service advisor/manager to our team. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years in a lead advisory position in the automotive industry. Know your numbers and Kpi's. Have great customer relation skills. Be willing to share your knowledge and skills with your co-workers to elevate your team and give the best customer experience.
We service 500+ cars per month in a 5 day work week, you would be 1 of 3 advisors and will handle at least 8 vehicles per day and meet or exceed our Kpi's. Time management is very important to efficiency and low stress. We have systems in place to ensure work stress is kept to a minimum and customer experience is wonderful. Our technicians help write their estimates, our parts manager locates and orders the parts and our quality control technicians make sure the car is fixed right the first time.
We offer a Monday thru Friday 8-5pm work week, paid holidays, health benefits, supplemental insurance, retirement plan, PTO and a generous pay plan that has unlimited earning potential.
