Description We are currently seeking applications for a dynamic and self-motivated Administrative Coordinator in San Tan Valley, Arizona on a contract to hire basis. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in streamlining administrative operations within an office setting. As an Office Manager, you will be entrusted with the autonomy to take on diverse responsibilities and continuously adapt as per evolving business requirements in a largely independent work setting.Responsibilities:

Efficiently oversee and administer customer accounts, implementing proactive actions when necessary.

Carry out a wide array of administrative tasks, including managing and supporting all aspects of purchase orders.

Encompass great phone etiquette and email communication skills.

Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments.

Provide robust back-office support, assisting particularly with all accounting functions.

Take charge of all data entry tasks and ensure meticulous maintenance of administrative office records.

Ensure active communication with vendors and other key stakeholders, fostering positive relationships as part of your administrative duties.

Managing the day-to-day operations of the office

Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment

Ensuring the office environment is clean, efficient, and complies with health and safety regulations

Serving as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries

Requirements
