RESPONSIBILITIES:Managing the daily operations of the specific departments for a particular shift. Ensuring efficient interaction between departments and to have smooth transitions between shifts. Continuously improving operations.Supervising 15 to 40 hourly AutoZoners.REQUIREMENTS:
Must have exceptional people skills
Supervise and coach a team to meet performance standards
Understand the demands of a fast pace work environment involving receiving, stocking, inbound, outbound, replenishment, returns/recalls, cross dock, transportation, etc.
Work in a team environment
Be flexible as to shift schedule
