Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Advisor in Tucson, Arizona. This role operates within the financial services industry and involves managing client relationships, handling client requests, and maintaining client data in our systems. You will be a key contributor to enhancing the client experience while also working with internal and external partners.Responsibilities: Proactively maintain and develop client relationships through outreach and interactions Efficiently manage client requests including money movement, Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), and gifting Follow established processes and workflows to ensure excellent client service Manage client information in our systems and document all client interactions Collaborate with client's other trusted professionals such as CPAs and attorneys Work with internal and external partners to enhance the client experience Onboard and educate new clients and channel client data to team members Initiate tasks related to clients to be completed by other members of the team Provide excellent client service from initiation and throughout the client/Advisor relationship Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, CRM, Dayforce, 401k - RRSP Administration, Auditing, Benefit Functions, Claim Administration, and Cobra AdministrationRelRequirements Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees and external benefit providers Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
