THIS IS CERTIFIED CAREGIVER POSITION , but we are willing to put the right person through the Caregiver course.
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers . As a Caregiver,you play a role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Morning Glory is a 10 bed home.We are looking to hire for the following shifts 7am-7pm Monday-Wednesday and Sunday day shift 7am-7pm
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to residents with day to day activities ( bathing, toileting, dressing etc)
Medication Pass
Ensure residents receive their proper medication in a timely manner
Communicate with co-workers, medical professionals and families about resident's health or issues that may arise
Prepare and administer meals in accordance with dietary needs
Monitor and document vital signs as ordered by the physician
Encourage each resident to assist as much as they can so they can keep some independence.
Housekeeping and Laundry as scheduled
Offer companionship and support so each resident feels safe in your care
Qualifications
THIS IS AN AWAKE POSITION!
Certified Caregiver with desire to learn and be the best in the industry!
Reliable and Trustworthy, our Residents are like family!
Must be 21 years of age.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to resident needs.
Team Player with desire to work.
Previous experience in assisted living and memory care preferred but not required.
Certified caregiver in Arizona (We are willing to put the right person throucourse.gh the caregiver)
CPR/First Aid
TB
Fingerprint Clearance Card ( Required in Arizona)
Certificate in Memory Care Training in Arizona
