Morpac Industries is a family-owned manufacturing company based in Tucson, AZ, and has been in operation since 1955. We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met by reviewing incoming materials, monitoring the production process, and evaluating finished products for quality and consistency. You will also document the results of these assessments.
Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail are essential for this position. At Morpac, we strive to operate our production processes in a manner that meets and exceeds audit standards, ensuring that our customers receive excellent quality products while maintaining the highest regard for timeliness.
Additional requirements include:
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs extensively throughout the day
- Experience using basic mechanical tools
- Strong commitment to attendance; must be punctual and ready to work
