Family owned Property Management Company is seeking a Property Assistant Manager in the Mesa
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, creative and energetic with the ability to bring experience and expertise to the position.
Job requirements include but are not limited to:
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Provide prompt, professional response and follow through regarding tenant
inquiries, problems, and complaints.
- Coordinate move-in for new tenants and move-out inspections for tenants
- Update and maintain property condition reports with respect to roofs, HVAC
units, parking lot, etc.
- Maintain landscaping and Curb appeal at all times
- Obtain bids and manage improvement projects.
- Supervise contractors and maintenance staff for services and repairs to property.
- Assist with the preparation of rent invoices, non compliance letters, delivery notices, etc.,
- Complete other special projects and duties as assigned.
- Hold morning meetings with team to go over daily expectations, address any issues
- Daily rent deposits
- Final approval of leases
- Delegate responsibly to each employee with follow through completions
- Monitor hours of each staff
- Weekly order reviews
- Walling completed turns before move in
- Maintain good relationships with all vendors to ensure good outcome of their duties
Must possess strong leadership skills and customer service abilities, coupled with proven written and oral
communication skills. Bilingual is a plus!
