Description of work: We are the hidden link between Doctors, Laboratories and Hospitals, which can require a lot of driving. We service their unique needs behind the scenes to get things done, so their patients thrive. It's rewarding work knowing we make a positive difference for others in need.
We need someone special to drive (company car) between approximately 1:30 to 8 pm Monday through Friday. The actual hours vary daily, however we pay a minimum daily (5 hours) even if you only work one. If you work over the minimum of 5, you are paid at the hourly rate. Most days are likely be 5 or 6 hours. If you grow with our company in time you will make over $30 hourly. We want employees who will stay with us for decades.
No special education required. We train. This is what we are looking for. the following sounds simple but it is actually hard to find:
1. Reliability - Our Business is based completely upon reliability. Reliability IS our business. Other companies only hire us because they know we are 100% reliable. Our team members always keep their word, show up and work with competence.
2. Honesty - Our Business is based upon Honesty. We are trusted because of our honesty. Since our team members are honest our business is completely trusted.
3. Genuine Care for Others - Our business brings positive spirit to each person we encounter in our workday, leaving people feeling respected and appreciated.
4. Warm Professional Personality - Our team members are approachable and warm with others. Our kindness, warmth and integrity has made us a success and we continue to grow with each new team member.
5. NO Drug Use - We can't allow any drug use, even after hours, because too much is at stake. Drugs affect how we treat others and is not a good fit for our business.
6. Loyalty - Our clients are loyal to us because we have their backs. Likewise, our team members are loyal to us because we have their backs. In good business relationships, loyalty is reciprocal when borne out of mutual respect. Mutual respect is why employees stay with us decades.
