$22/hr — Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
We’re hiring a Maintenance Tech to start immediately at a 70-unit, fully occupied property in Tucson. Work is steady and consistent with no make-ready turns.
Job Focus:
Daily grounds and common-area cleaning (hallways, breezeways, trash areas)
Sweeping, mopping, and keeping elevator/common spaces clean
Minor work orders and small routine maintenance tasks
Helping maintain a clean, safe, professional community
What You WON’T Be Doing:
No apartment turns
No heavy remodel or renovation work
Schedule & Details:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (30-min lunch)
Pay: $22/hr
Temp to Hire
Start Date: Right away — today or Monday
Requirements:
Basic maintenance or handyman skills
Must pass a standard background check
(No felonies or charges that prevent working in residential housing)
Reliable, professional, and able to work consistently
