NOW HIRING: Experienced Craftsman / Handyman – A+ Handyman (Tucson, AZ)
We’re still on the hunt — but not for just anyone.
We’re looking for a true craftsman. Someone who’s been doing this a long time. Someone who knows what they’re doing when it comes to drywall texture, stucco, windows and doors, roof repairs, and just about anything else a homeowner might need.
This is a part-time position to start, with room to grow into more full-time hours depending on your skill level, reliability, and fit with the team.
This is not for beginners or weekend warriors. If you don’t have solid experience in trades work, this isn’t the right fit.
What You Need:
Strong drywall and texture skills — orange peel, knockdown, smooth finish, etc.
Stucco repair and texture matching — traditional, synthetic, foam, patching and blending
Comfortable with roof repairs — tile, flat, and shingles
Skilled in doors, windows, drywall, paint, light plumbing, and light electrical
You’ve been doing this for years, not months — you’ve solved real-world problems
You own your basic hand and power tools, including a small ladder and 10–12 foot ladder
You can read a tape, troubleshoot, adjust on the fly, and finish jobs cleanly
You’re dependable — you show up on time, keep communication clear, and take pride in your work
You’re a team player — you can ask for help when needed, and we’ve got a great support team ready to back you up
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record — no DUIs, no reckless driving. You must be insurable on our company van policy
What We Offer:
Steady flow of jobs around Tucson and surrounding areas
A company van (you take it home)
We provide big tools when needed — you bring your everyday gear
A no-drama team that supports each other and respects your time
Flexible schedule starting with part-time, with potential to move into full-time based on performance and availability

A brief résumé or work history (formal or not — we just need to know where you've worked and what you’ve done)
Photos of completed work — especially drywall texture, stucco, and other repairs you’re proud of
A short summary of your experience and what you’re most comfortable working on
