Position SummaryWhat you'll doThe Director, Innovations - Workforce Management will move Workforce Management for H&W into the future with digital tools, technology, and ways of working. We owe it to our associates in the field to bring them an experience at work that matches how they live their day-to-day life. Think mobile, easy to use, intuitive, and connected. The associate in this role will lead the strategy and efforts to transform the associate experience for our pharmacy and optical associates.About the team:The Workforce Team in H&W is energized and excited to support the business and solve problems. We're a team on a mission to find better, quicker, and more efficient ways of operating so that our customers can feel the benefits. We're focused not only on operational efficiency, but also making sure we take care of the thousands of associates that work in the H&W business serving our patients. Our goal is to make sure we have the right amount of people in the right place at the right times.What you'll do:

Manage stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.

Evaluate and identify best in class workforce management tools for our Pharmacy & Optical business.

Implementation and change management for new process and tools.

Manage and develop a small team of associates.

Communication and training with the associates in the field

What you'll bring:

Strong verbal and written communication skills (to support the business leadership and manage vendors).

Previous experience with evaluation, selection, and implementation of technology to large scale business.

Knowledge of workforce management, scheduling, or time and attendance practices

Ability to Influence and manage change of end user behavior to achieve company outcomes.

Data & analytics experience.
