The associate in this role will lead the strategy and efforts to transform the associate experience for our pharmacy and optical associates.About the team:The Workforce Team in H&W is energized and excited to support the business and solve problems. Manage stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
Evaluate and identify best in class workforce management tools for our Pharmacy & Optical business.
Implementation and change management for new process and tools.
Manage and develop a small team of associates.
Communication and training with the associates in the field
What you'll bring:
Strong verbal and written communication skills (to support the business leadership and manage vendors).
Previous experience with evaluation, selection, and implementation of technology to large scale business.
Knowledge of workforce management, scheduling, or time and attendance practices
Ability to Influence and manage change of end user behavior to achieve company outcomes.
Data & analytics experience.
