Position SummaryWhat you'll doAs a Project Manager for the Regulatory & Specialty Legal team, you will be responsible for supporting a new team responsible for a global business initiative review process. The role is a temporary position, with an expected term of six months.This role will manage multiple projects and workstreams and works with a cross-functional group of stakeholders. The right candidate will refine an internal workflow for new requests; develop a PowerBI dashboard and template reports to facilitate reporting globally. This is a high visibility opportunity overseeing the intake of new business initiative review requests, creating a project plan for each review, assisting with project tracking, and creating a team SharePoint to support a library of diligence reviews and resource documents.You will make an impact by

You have corporate experience working with a cross-functional team

You are a self-starter who can identify opportunities for process efficiency and propose solutions

You are organized and have experience managing large projects with competing deadlines and priorities

You enjoy collaborating in the development and implementation of new processes and are comfortable building new workflows using a variety of technologies

You'll sweep us off our feet if

You have experience working with SharePoint, PowerBI, and creating templates for reporting

You have strong written and verbal communication skills

You enjoy engaging stakeholders and suggesting process improvements based on their feedback

You have experience working in a legal department or international business environment
