Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Pre-Engineered Metal Building Installer located on-site in Fort Smith, AR. The role involves assembling and erecting pre-engineered metal building systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to securing metal components, operating power tools and machinery, and ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently. The installer is also responsible for following quality standards, assisting with material handling, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
Physical capability to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and withstand outdoor construction environments
Strong problem-solving and equipment troubleshooting skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and ability to adhere to safety procedures
Previous experience in metal building installation, roofing, or construction is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
