Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Commercial Product Manager eCommerce to join our Commercial Excellence Team located in Raritan, NJ, or Cincinnati, OH, (remote setup at the manager's discretion).Position Overview:Enabling an insights-based end-to-end commercial ecosystem is a critical growth accelerator for J&J MedTech. The Product Manager, e-commerce is responsible for the Commercial product ownership of several e-commerce platforms such as JJCC and distributor e-comm sites. Primary responsibilities include the development and management of the Commercial vision and product roadmap. The role will better enable e-commerce as an engagement and transaction channel, as part of an end-to-end JJMT Surgery Customer Experience and ecosystem and in support of key growth priorities.The Manager will partner with regional business / technical product owners to ensure Commercial enhancements are implemented in the system, aligned to Commercial strategic growth priorities & timelines. Additionally, the role will oversee e-commerce insights and next best actions to ensure timely execution and integration with broader omnichannel efforts. The e-commerce product manager will also administer the implementation and governance of the Product Information Management (PIM) and lead the development and execution of programs with external e-comm partners.Responsibilities:

Lead development and management of the JJMT Surgery Commercial vision and product roadmap for J&J Customer Connect (JJCC.com). Define clear digital requirements and business rules to guide the development of new capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Partner with other JJCC product owners (Deliver) to prioritize product enhancement backlog and build outs. Manage timelines for all projects. Own prioritization of user requirements and UAT for the website’s critical path as well as all new features and functions.

Review and prioritize data insights and next best action based off established KPIs. Develop cadence to share with Marketing platform leads and shape project plans to execute. Communicate to stakeholders the project status, risks, and post-launch performance and findings.

Oversee Product Information Management (PIM) implementation for Ethicon and governance of all product data in the PIM post implementation. Ensure collaboration with SMEs (Platform/Business Unit/ASC teams) so that critical data / assets are received. Also, partner with Data Science and Solutions team to ensure completeness of data model.

In partnership with Channel Account Management, collaborate with external partners (e.g., distributors, marketplace exchanges, etc.) to design, launch, and manage enhanced e-commerce Customer Experience for key customer segments. Role of e-commerce to be tailored to the fit-for-purpose Commercial Model by key customer segments. Prioritize budget spend and own ROI analysis for new feature releases and 3rd party integrations.

Partner with omnichannel counterparts and platform marketing leads to incorporate last mile data and intelligence into customer journey for targeted execution.

QualificationsRequired:

BS/BA in business, marketing, design, or related field is required.

6-8 years of work/industry experience

A minimum of four (4) years of progressive experience in digital product development, product management, marketing or a related field required

Extensive experience in partnering with and leading a cross-functional team and organizational build-out. Proficient in managing dependencies and cultivating trust among stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of products. Capable of navigating diverse perspectives to achieve consensus and drive outcomes

Nuanced understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem/operations, customer journeys and industry trends and best practices

Outstanding understanding of planning, execution, and measurement of technology systems

Strong understanding of user experience design and “digital product” lifecycle (e.g. requirements gathering, development, testing, adoption & change management) to launch impactful, well-adopted solutions into a commercial organization and/or end-customers

Ability to identify shortcomings in systems, processes, or tools and drive effective solutions for process improvements.

Ability to translate business strategies into digital “products,” with experiences customized by customer segments.

Strong technical background with the ability to communicate directly with engineers and technical partners.

Ability to partner and lead teams in a complex, constantly evolving environment and within a matrixed organization

Strong interdependent partnering skills; influence and consensus-building skills

Strong Project management skills; Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills

Effective written/verbal communication and presentation skills with various levels of management

Preferred Skills:

Leadership Experience with Information Technology, Marketing and/or Sales organizations, and Product Management

Prior experience with agile methodologies, design thinking

Ability to execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize website elements
