Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future.The RoleThe Senior Product Analyst will be responsible for supporting Lumen’s Product organization in managing the ongoing Dark Fiber product life cycle. The role involves interacting with stakeholders across the organization as well as customers to effectively manage commercial issues throughout the Dark Fiber sales cycle and drive revenue growth. The Main Responsibilities

Manage Dark Fiber Product P&L, pricing implementation, and ongoing product life cycle to achieve revenue and margin goals.

Interact with sales teams and customers to effectively resolve commercial issues throughout the Dark Fiber sales cycle.

Lead customer deals to closure.

Responsible for a detailed understanding of product costs and for developing plans to achieve or surpass established revenue and cash flow targets.

Ownership of business cases for product development.

Responsible for managing product initiatives across stakeholder organizations.

Demonstrating an ability to negotiate, communicate, and achieve outcomes effectively 

Provides research and analysis support to strategic planning and forecasting initiatives, including Product Forecast 

What We Look For in a Candidate

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field 

2+ years of experience in product, financial analysis, planning, and reporting 

Experience in a business rotational program with cross-functional exposure is a plus 

Proficient in the MS Office suite with emphasis in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills 

Attention to detail and accuracy 

Ability to work independently and in a team environment 

Ability to examine data from multiple sources to determine whether correlation and linkage exists between data sets

Fast learner

CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location.
