Intake Coordinator

Description We are offering employment opportunity for an Intake Coordinator in Bakersfield, California. As part of our team, you will be tasked with a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks, primarily focusing on processing and managing assessment cases. You will work within our Assessment Program, assisting with tasks such as electronic filing, correspondence handling, and intake process conducting for applicants.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process assessment cases for transfers and closures. Handle scanning and electronic filing duties. Create purchase of service (POS) in SANDIS for assessments completed by vendors. Conduct intake processes for applicants going through the screening process. Handle and respond to court correspondence for forensic assessment. Prepare intake related statistical reports as required. Manage information requests and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence. Train and support lower-level clerical staff as needed. Coordinate related tasks as assigned, prioritizing and completing assignments using professional judgement.
