Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Brand Ambassador in Berkeley, California. This role focuses on delivering product samples to potential customers, engaging with them to build relationships, and driving local sales growth. We have immediate temporary needs for this position for 1-2 weeks. There is potential to extend and convert.Job Title: Field Sales AmbassadorLocation: San Francisco Bay Area, CA Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to local restaurants, retail stores, and businesses to drop off company product samples.
Initiate conversations with restaurant owners, chefs, and store managers to introduce company products and discuss partnership opportunities.
Organize and execute product samplings and demonstrations at various locations to drive brand awareness and generate sales leads.
Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and feedback.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by effectively promoting the company's products and securing new accounts.
Travel within the designated territory, including Sonoma, Marin, South Bay, East Bay, San Francisco, and potentially Sacramento
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the food industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a variety of audiences.
Self-motivated and able to work independently to manage a designated territory effectively.
Knowledge and enthusiasm for plant-based foods and sustainability.
Availability to travel locally within the San Francisco Bay Area.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation of product samples.
Reliability and punctuality are essential, given the need for timely sample deliveries.

Gas expenses will be covered for the duration of the project.
