People & Culture Business Partner, Retail

Reporting to the Director, People & Culture Business Partners & Generalists – Retail, the People & Culture Business Partner – Stores, West will provide thought partnership to our Vuori stores teams in the areas of talent management, organizational design and effectiveness, employee engagement, and ensuring our Vuori culture is thriving. You will contribute to building all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will partner with store leadership to execute strategies in areas like coaching/development, organizational design, succession planning, talent assessment and development, compensation, and employee relations. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:  employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, employment law compliance, and creation, execution, and tracking of People metrics to support business decisions.
