Receptionist

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a dedicated Receptionist role, based in Carlsbad, California. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls and managing appointments. The role is within the telecom industry and will require excellent customer service and organizational skills. Responsibilities: Ensure customers are treated with respect and professionalism Manage the reception area and greet visitors in person Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, minimizing hold time Efficiently schedule appointments for estimates and drop-offs Open repair orders and verify that customer information is accurate Handle cash transactions for repair orders Assist with vehicle deliveries and check-outs Support customers with rental arrangements, including TRAC service rentals Maintain a professional appearance at all times Carry out any other duties as assignedSkills: Proficient in answering a multi-line phone system Excellent customer service skills Experience in data entry and email correspondence Strong interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word Ability to organize files effectively Experience in scheduling appointments.
