Description We are on the hunt for a skilled Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our construction and contractor industry team in Chino, California. As an Accounting Manager/Supervisor, you will be tasked with overseeing critical accounting functions, maintaining the integrity of financial records, and managing customer inquiries. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those adept in accounting software systems and keen on driving efficient accounting processes.Responsibilities: Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Manage the billing functions, ensuring all invoices are issued and paid in a timely manner. Conduct regular auditing processes to ensure financial compliance and integrity. Oversee payroll functions, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time. Produce comprehensive financial reports that provide insights into the company's financial status. Implement efficient month-end close processes. Use accounting software systems to streamline accounting functions and maintain accurate financial records. Monitor customer accounts regularly, taking necessary action to address issues. Manage all accounting functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.If you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please call Yvette Merk at (909) 493-6082 immediately!Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or contractor industry Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems Demonstrated ability in managing all Accounting Functions Extensive experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Proven experience in Auditing Familiarity with Billing Functions Experience in Month End Close Excellent communication and leadership skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field CPA or relevant certification is preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
