Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage the company’s invoicing and collections processes. This role is critical to ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send invoices to clients accurately and on time.
Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and follow up with clients as needed.
Record payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and account status.
Maintain detailed and organized records of all accounts receivable transactions.
Prepare and analyze accounts receivable aging reports.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
