Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Coordinator to support our client's Human Resources department. The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of HR practices and procedures, from recruiting to employee onboarding to effectively maintaining employee records. The HR coordinator will help create a supportive and inclusive workplace where all employees thrive.Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, organizing resumes and job applications, and scheduling job interviews.
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees and assist in employee onboarding processes.
Update and maintain employee benefits, employment status, and similar records.
Assist with payroll preparation by tracking hours, pay adjustments and employee absences as necessary.
Coordinate HR projects, such as meetings or surveys.
Coordinate training sessions and seminars as required.
Requirements
Proven experience as an HR coordinator or a relevant human resources/administrative position.
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
Strong ability in using Microsoft Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
