Description Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Spanish HR Coordinator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This role involves supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and fostering a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and orientation for new hires.

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits in both English and Spanish.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.

Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll data.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Participate in employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.

Translate HR documents and communications from English to Spanish and vice versa as needed.

Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and enhance employee experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a bilingual role.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.

Experience with payroll systems and HRIS.

Previous experience in a multicultural work environment.
