The ideal candidate will have strong experience in precision machining processes and a proven track record in sales within the aeronautics and defense industries.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate aerospace and defense markets. Prepare quotes and track shipments for clients and customers Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients. Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring their requirements are met with precision and efficiency. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop proposals that meet client specifications and budget. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.Skills:Sales, aerospace, CNC machiningAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the CNC machining, aeronautics, or defense sectors. Strong technical knowledge of CNC machining processes and equipment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
