Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers who have questions about account balances, card activation, application status, Treasury guidelines and regulations, and internal procedures. You will also work to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. If you are a professional and customer-focused individual with a strong personality and work ethic, we encourage you to apply.
