Director of Admissions - SUD

The Director of Admissions provides oversight and direction to the Admissions Assistant, Trainees, Admissions Coordinators, and Admissions Administrators.  The Director of Admissions interacts with clients, families, and referral sources to ensure that they have an exceptional experience.  In addition, the Director of Admissions is responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of the Admissions Department.  The Director of Admissions acts as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction through training Coordinators properly and adhering to company policy. ResponsibilitiesProvide oversight and direction to Admissions staff in accordance with the department’s and organization’s policies and proceduresFoster a spirit of teamwork and unity among department members that allows for disagreement over ideas, conflict and expeditious conflict resolution, and the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesionConsciously create a workplace culture that is consistent with the overall organization's and that emphasizes the identified mission, vision, guiding principles, and values of the organization.Maintain transparent communication.
