Apply for JobWe are in search of an individual to join our world-renowned research institution client who is at the forefront of the next generation of treatments, serving as a leader in the delivery of personalized, whole-person care.The Project Coordinator will be hybrid and on contract (possible extension/conversion) working 40 hours a week.Pay Rate: $23-26/hr DOESchedule:8am -5pm with Flexiblity - schedule will be finalized when hiredPosition OverviewExecutes a wide array of operational, administrative, and support tasks independently for the Senior Director of Facilities, Design, and Construction's office. Tasked with the creation and coordination of several significant facilities projects, this role supports the master campus plan and enterprise growth through both internal and external contacts.The project coordinator will collaborate with the ESOP business manager to facilitate projects. This includes managing purchase requisitions, processing invoices, monitoring project accounts, conducting reconciliations, and preparing reports. They will also track all expenditures, ensuring that recurring costs, such as service contracts, are appropriately allocated to the home department. Additionally, they will act as a resource for correct account usage.Qualifications:
Two years of experience in business office and administrative analysis with skill at creating and utilizing tracking and controls systems.
Experience in overseeing clerical and support staff. Bookkeeping knowledge helpful.
HS Diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
