Lead Mission Planner

Description: We are Lockheed MartinThe F-35 Integrated Test Force at Edwards AFB, CA is seeking a Lead Mission Planner. The Lead Mission Planner will stand up a new Mission Planning team and be responsible for training other team members. The selected candidate will also: Work with Operations and Engineering groups to develop and review mission plans for every flight test event Assist in post-mission data processing Establish relationships and collaboration between United States Government and Contractor entities to ensure Mission Planning Software are released, installed, and tested Obtain and handle applicable cryptographic information Review and update documentation and instructions to facilitate fielding of mission planning softwareA level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experienceMust be a US Citizen. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $100,400 - $192,500 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.This position is incentive plan eligible.Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $115,500 - $217,500.
