Construction Manager- Refinery & Seismic Upgrade

Turner & Townsend  is seeking a Construction Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in El Segundo, CA.The Construction Manager will serve as the lead representative of the owner for a landmark Refinery for a large Oil & Gas client. This is a seismic strengthening project. This full-time role is needed on-site 4x a week.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate pre-construction and construction efforts for phased seismic upgrades of an occupied Oil & Gas Refinery setting.Oversee schedule, budget, quality assurance, safety, and code compliance efforts.Implement construction management procedures and prepare official communications.Support environmental documentation (CEQA/NEPA), constructability reviews, GMP development, and field inspections.Ensure effective stakeholder communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct regular project status meetings and provide detailed progress reports to senior management.Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among all project team members.SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
