Ensure safety of employees via active safety culture management, policy enforcement, and assisting in developing improvements to our business
Maintain a personnel structure and staffing level to accomplish the department’s mission in an effective and efficient manner
Plans and coordinates work by performing time studies, cost analysis, prototype builds or other means as necessary
Trains and motivates; monitors and evaluates performance of associates in the department
Ensures associates ability to safely operate material handling equipment to move materials to and from storage configurations

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting
Minimum 1 years' leadership experience Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with inventory or warehouse software, databases, and other systems including SAP and WMS, preferred

Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and expereince.
