DescriptionThe responsibilities for this role include configuring courses, generating reports, developing certifications, designing learning paths and curricula, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance the learning experience. This position requires robust technical and communication skills, superb customer service orientation, and strong collaboration skills. Specific Responsibilities: Creating and updating courses in the LMS, registering learners, and consulting with learning Program Leads. Maintaining courses through their lifecycle and updating and archiving as necessary. Create and design learning materials. Manage LMS user access. Monitor system users and ensure that users have the right access and roles. Creating and maintaining job aids, templates, and documents for other LMS users and super users. Create and manage LMS reports for various stakeholder groups. Troubleshoot issues in the LMS and escalate as appropriate. Support in LMS feature releases and updates. Educate/support people managers to use the Manager Functionality in the LMS. Manage the team inbox to respond to customer inquiries by answering or escalating to the right program lead. Manage pre and post-class communications. Record class attendance and course completions in LMS.Additional Skills & Qualifications BA/ BS degree or practical experience 1-2 years of Learning Management System Administration experience, preferably Absorb LMS and/or Compliancewire Experience with Articulate Storyline or e-learning authoring tools Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills Strong customer service orientation Strong collaboration skills Passion for trying, learning, improving, and sharing best practices Proactive team member with excellent attention to detail Ability to balance competing prioritiesPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
