Local lighting manufacturing company seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented person for full-time office position. Responsibilities will include: Customer Service, order entry for factory production A/P, purchasing and inventory processes. 5 Years of Quick Books bookkeeping experience is required. Must have good math, spelling, writing skills and be able to accurately type a minimum of 50 words per minute to be considered for this position. Good aptitude and learning skills are desired. Lots of email work involved with customers and vendors. Self starter and being able to work independently important. 50% of daily tasks will be managing inventory of more than 1,000 parts to maintain stocks levels sufficient for weekly production requirements by review and use of QB inventory module.
Knowledge of and 5 years experience using Microsoft Office, Excel and Quick Books preferred. Must be able to work in busy environment and have skills for accurate and thorough work results.
The normal work hours for this position are Monday thru Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Please respond to this ad via email with resume.
