We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform building maintenance/repairs for one of our Beautiful Apartment Communities in North Fresno. This position is Full-Time / 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday.

We NEED to find someone who is experienced and SKILLED in these areas:
Plumbing Repair (Toilets, Sinks, Faucets, Tubs, Garbage Disposals)
Electrical Repair (Light Switches, Outlets, Ceiling Fans)
Carpentry Repair (Doors, Drawers, Cabinets, Locks)
Appliance Repair (Dishwasher, Stove, Oven, Water heater, Refrigerator, Washer, Dryer, and Microwaves)
Apartment Maintenance experience is not required but we are searching for someone who will be able to perform repairs in a correct and safe manner in our apartment homes. If you are looking for a rewarding career in Apartment Maintenance, then please respond immediately.
