Hearten Company is a California-based bakery creating artisan braided cinnamon buns and other pastries for coffee shops, offices, and local markets.
We’re expanding our wholesale network and looking for a passionate, relationship-driven independent rep to help introduce our products to cafés and businesses.
What You’ll Do:
Connect with cafés, coffee shops, offices, and retail partners.
Share samples, close wholesale contracts, and maintain positive relationships.
Earn commissions on every account you bring in — plus residuals as long as they remain active.
Compensation:
Signing bonus available per new contract.
Commission on collected sales for 12 months per active account.
You’re a Fit If You:
Have sales or hospitality experience.
Love food, coffee culture, and community connection.
Are self-motivated and enjoy independent work.
