Experienced Roofing Estimator and Salesman

We are seeking an experienced roofing estimator/salesman. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals with commercial clients. Responsibilities will include the following: Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling, Prepare and present proposals to clients. Follow up with potential customers and close sales. Maintain a strong knowledge of roofing products. Qualifications: Previous experience in roofing and sales is required. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and goal oriented. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to climb ladders and walk on the roof when necessary.
