Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in the Non-Profit industry, based in Gardena, California. This role involves the management of key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities: Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Direct phone calls and manage communication within the project team and with stakeholders.Requirements Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field Extensive experience in project management within the non-profit sector Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders Proficient in project management software Familiarity with budgeting and financial management Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions Ability to direct phone calls and manage communication effectively Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Must have a strong commitment to non-profit goals and objectives Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
