Description We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and professional individual to join our healthcare team as a bilingual medical receptionist. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Armenian and English languages, and familiar with medical office operations.Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and ensure a comfortable and relaxing healthcare environment.
Handle both inbound and outbound phone calls, e-mails, and faxes
Bilingual (Armenian and English) patient communication to cater to our diverse patients.
Keep track of patient records through our databases.
Schedule and manage patient appointments.
Handle paperwork regarding patient check-ins and checkouts.
Provide detailed information regarding our services, payment processes, and general inquiries.
Foster strong relations with patients and ensure that all their needs are met.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or its equivalent is a must.
Previous experience in a medical office environment is preferred.
Fluent in both English and Armenian language; written and verbal communication.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
Proficient in using computer systems, with a hands-on experience with office equipment.
Excellent organizational skills.
Outstanding interpersonal abilities with good patient management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Adherence to the policies, standards, and regulations of the healthcare facility.
