Description We’re seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage and oversee our receivables process. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a high volume of transactions while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Experience with SAP is a big plus!Key Responsibilities:
Invoice Management: Generate and send out invoices promptly and accurately to ensure timely payment.
Payment Processing: Record payments received and apply them to the correct customer accounts.
Account Reconciliation: Regularly review and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
Collections: Follow up on outstanding invoices and work closely with customers to resolve payment issues.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on receivables status and assist with month-end closing activities.
Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with customers while addressing any billing inquiries or disputes.
Compliance: Ensure all receivables activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and experience with other accounting software is a plus.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing and reconciling accounts.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
