Description We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Director to join our team in the Oil & Gas - Pipeline industry, located in Hesperia, California, United States. As a Human Resources (HR) Manager, you will handle various tasks from benefits administration to recruitment, payroll management, and handling HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment process, playing an instrumental role in sourcing and hiring top talent Administer employee benefits, ensuring all staff understand and fully utilize their benefits packages Manage the HRIS payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing Handle regulatory filings in compliance with state and federal laws Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to create a productive and positive work environment Monitor and maintain accurate HRIS system records Supervise a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth Oversee compensation and benefits, ensuring the company remains competitive in the job market.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas - Pipeline industry Proven experience in Benefits Administration Demonstrated knowledge in Compensation & Benefits Strong experience in Recruiting strategies and execution Proficiency in using HRIS Payroll System Familiarity with Regulatory Filings in the Oil & Gas sector Ability to develop, implement and manage Policies & Procedures Proficient in HRIS System management Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
