Los Bagels is currently seeking a candidate for a Count Out person.
This a part-time position, scheduled for Saturday - Tuesday. Shifts start at 2:30pm and run until approximately 6pm, non-negotiable.
Pay is $16.50/hour + tips.
You will be responsible for transporting goods between the Los Bagels stores in a company vehicle, merchandising, closing out the register drawers, replenishing the starting till, reporting sales and preparing the nightly deposit.
Job Responsibilities:
Cash counting and deposit preparation
POS/register report management
Transporting food production and supplies traveling between both Arcata and Eureka Los Bagels locations
- Merchandising dry goods, holiday sets and signage
Covering other Count Out shifts as needed
Job Skills/Requirements:
18 years or older
Cash handling experience
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Familiarity with Mac, Google Applications, POS systems a plus
Must be able to lift 40+ lbs
Food Safety certification
Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
Schedule flexibility preferred
Attention to detail
Maintain positive attitude during changing situations
Ability to take direction, flexibility with additional tasks

Salary: From $16.50 per hour, statewide increase effective January 1 to $16.90 per hour
