Civil Engineer in Training (E.I.T.)
Whitchurch Engineering has been in business for 29 years with offices in Eureka and Fortuna in beautiful Humboldt County. We are a full-service engineering firm managing a diverse range of civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical projects throughout the region.
We’re looking for a recent graduate or early-career engineer in training (E.I.T.) to join our team. This position is for someone who is self-motivated, eager to learn on the job, takes direction from senior engineers, and communicates well.
There will be immediate opportunities to gain broad experience in all our areas of expertise, including site civil design such as grading, drainage, utilities, roads, and pavements, as well as topographic surveying, structural design for retaining walls and small wood-framed structures, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design and construction inspections.
